Caroline Chisholm Day 2021
Thank you to the entire community for their support of CCC Day this year. It has been a grand celebration of the things that are most important to us as a Catholic school: our celebration of Mass with Fr Walter Foggarty, generous service by every one of our senior students, and the enjoyment of quality relationships. Thank you also to the teaching and support staff for making today possible. School Fee Payments - No Cash can be accepted at College reception
With 2021 Term 1 Statements now issued to parents/carers we are receiving payments through the normal channels of direct deposit, debit card, and credit card via BPoint, BPAY, and Postbillpay. No cash payments can be accepted at College Reception for School Fees.

Any payments in cash must be made at an Australia Post office via Postbillpay (Australia Post staff will scan the barcode on the Term 1 Statement).

Parents of Children and Young People with Autism
Positive Partnerships and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is offering online training for parents of children and young people with autism. 9 March 2021. Please see attached flyer for details. 

Reminder - Year 7 and 8-12 Swimming Carnival competitors only Monday 1 March
Seating for parents / carers - Parents / carers will be required to follow the CEDP Covid Safety Plan on the day. Students and parents / carers will be assigned to designated areas of the pool grounds for the duration of the carnival. Students making their own way to the venue please meet Mrs Muscat and Mrs Capilli at 8.30 am.

Canteen Orders - Online only 
As a reminder if you have not done so already you should download the Flexischools App from the Apple App Store or from Google Play if you would like to order food from the Canteen

You can order days in advance up to 8.15 am of the day on which lunch is required.

Once you are registered you can also make orders from your desktop using the same log in details at https://www.flexischools.com.au/

Each online order will incur a $0.29 Order Fee.

Getting started with Flexischools

If you’d like to start ordering online, it’s simple to get started.

Set up your account

  1. Download the Flexischools App
    Download the app from the App Store or from Google Play.Note: for iPhone and iPad please select ‘Allow’ notification
  2. Register
    Open the Flexischools App and click 'Like to register?', enter your email address and click 'Register'.

You will then be sent a registration email.

Follow the instructions in the registration email to finish setting up your account. 

Once your account is set up, login to the Flexischools App, select the Profile icon on the grey navigation bar,  select Student and 'Add a student', search for the school name, Caroline Chisholm College 90-98 The Lakes Drive Glenmore Park NSW 2750

Note: There are a couple of schools across Australia using this App that have the words, Caroline Chisholm, in their school title, so please be careful to choose the correct school, then select their year level, class and enter their details.

3. Top Up Your Account
To make ordering fast and simple, you can set up automatic top-ups.

Order

  1. Place your order
    In the Flexischools App, swipe up and down to find the service category you are interested in, swipe left and right to find the service you are interested in and select the green 'Order' button.
  2. Make your selection
    Select the items you wish to order.
  3. Make payment
    Select your payment option and complete payment to place your order.

If you have any problems setting up your account and/or ordering please refer to the Help option on the toolbar at Flexischools.com.au and select "Parents".

Cool Kids
Taking Control online self-help program to help children cope with bullying and manage anxiety. The program is based on the Cool Kids face-to-face program which typically costs $500. However, if you participate in this trial the program can be accessed free of charge.

Caroline Chisholm College recognises that email is a fast and convenient way to communicate with your child’s teacher. We wish to remind you that teachers read their emails at various times throughout the school day.
