Year 7-10 Parent / Teacher Zoom interviews
The Years 7-10 Parent / Teacher / Student Meetings will take place on Thursday 24 June between 8.30 am - 6.00 pm. Emails were sent to families last week. Please check you have received the booking email and that you book online. This year, meetings will be conducted remotely with parents having the opportunity to have a virtual face-to-face conversation with each of their daughter's teachers via Zoom. Meetings will run for 5 minutes. To ensure that all meetings can be completed on schedule, it is essential that appointment times are adhered to. We recommend that a separate appointment be made directly with a teacher should any issues need longer discussion. Parents are asked not to book consecutive time slots and to allow at least a 5-minute gap between each meeting to ensure you can be ready for the next meeting at the designated time. The booking link will close on Wednesday 23 June, 12.00pm. Your confirmed Schedule of Parent-Teacher Meetings, including the Zoom link for your meetings, will be sent to you via email once you have submitted your appointments.
Thursday 24 June and Friday 25 June - student-free days
Thursday 24 June and Friday 25 June are student-free days. On Thursday 24 June staff will be conducting Parent / Teacher interviews for students in Years 7-10. On Friday 25 June staff will be involved in a Staff Spirituality Day centred on the theme of grace.
On Thursday 24 June, students in Year 12 are welcome to come to school in casual clothes to study individually or in groups. We have set aside the Library for this purpose. Students will need to sign in and out at reception.

Annual Tell Them From Me survey
As has been mentioned in communications to parents earlier, we would like to invite you to complete the Tell Them From Me (TTFM) Partners in Learning survey. As we value the role of parents and carers within our school community we would greatly appreciate your feedback. The information you provide will be used to maintain our commitment to working together in partnership to further improve student learning and wellbeing at Caroline Chisholm College.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You are able to access the parent survey on your computer or mobile device by using the following URL:
https://www.tellthemfromme.com/carolinechisholmcollege
You will be able to access the survey until next Friday 25 June.
Trousers and socks
Only plain navy blue crew socks to above the ankle are to be worn with the college trousers. Students should not be wearing the college summer socks with the college trousers.
Jewellery
I would like to remind students and parents that the only facial jewellery allowed at the college is in the ears (up to 2 earrings in each year, small hoops or studs). In particular, there is to be no nose or lip jewellery, nor can students cover nose jewellery with bandaids. I mention this before the holidays as this is a time when a number of students seem to think there is time for a piercing to heal before returning to school. This is not the case over a two week break and there will be no tolerance or allowance of time for a new piercing to heal once the students return to school. Students who wear non-uniform jewellery will receive warnings leading to detentions. It would be greatly appreciated that parents support us in following the college uniform policy which was made clear on enrolment.
