Statement of Account for new starters starting after Term 2, 2021
Earlier this year all Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) schools were transferred to a new student information system, Compass. Unfortunately, significant unforeseen delays during the move to this new system have meant that they have been unable to generate a fee statement for students commencing from Term 3, 2021. We expect these statements to be generated the week commencing 22 November 2021.

We understand that some families are eager to clear 2021 school fees to avoid arrears prior to next year’s fees arriving in February 2022.

If you would like to make payments towards your 2021 fees now, you can do so at the college office by EFTPOS (Visa/MasterCard) - please call 02 4737 5500. Alternatively, the fees will be due in 30 days from the statement date. The statement also details other payment methods available such as BPay and AustPostBillPay. CEDP does not accept cash payments other than via Australia Post shops.

Flexible Payment Plans will be offered in 2022 based on the 2021 outstanding balance together with 2022 charges.

We apologise for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you. If you wish to discuss your fees or the information in this letter, please contact Wendy Slaughter at the college office on 02 4737 5520. If your family has experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 lockdown, please talk to her about what fee relief is available.

Thank you for your continued support of our college community.

Year 12 Formal - reminder
We are looking forward to celebrating with the Year 12 2021 students at the upcoming Formal and Graduation. A reminder that payment for the Year 12 2021 Formal is due this Monday 22 November. If you have any questions please contact Mrs Cocks at the College. Thank you.

Donations of Old Uniforms
If any parents have old uniforms in reasonable condition, they are invited to donate them to the college to assist us to have an emergency supply which we use for a variety of reasons. These can be sent in at the start of the year or any time during the year. Please note, though, that we cannot use the old version of the sports uniform. Any donations will be most appreciated.

Uniform - Year 9 into Year 10 2022
Just a reminder that students starting Year 10 in 2022 will need the senior elements of their uniform. While skirts, socks and sports uniform remains the same, they will need the senior shirt, jumper and blazer. The blazer will not be mandatory to wear until Term 2 next year so you may choose to put off purchasing that. As with all school uniform items, these can be purchased from Lowes in Penrith Plaza. It would be best to get this organised well before the start of next year.
