? Are refunds available?
If you have purchased additional tickets and require a refund please email Karyn Burlow, kburlow@sjsh.catholic.edu.au

? What to bring?
This year we're having an outdoor concert and we'd love it if families could bring any items suitable for a picnic (picnic blanket, foldout chairs, nibbles/non-alcoholic drinks) so they can sit back and relax while they enjoy the show.

? Will I have to show my ticket upon arrival?
Yes, please tick your name off by a staff member at either gate. Children under 16 won't be required to check in on the night.

? Where do we enter from?
Families will be able to enter using with the Albemarle St or Bertie St gates. A staff member will be stationed at each gate on arrival for check in.

? Parking
Please be respectful of our neighbours and council parking regulations. Parking is available within neighbouring streets and including McDonald Ave (across Grange Road) with pedestrian lights available for crossing.

? Will food/drink be available for purchase?
P&F have kindly organised grazing platters, they will provide more information in our Private Facebook Group. Families can purchase the platters via Qkr! and must be completed by Wednesday 23rd November.

Platters will be available for pick up on the night from our P&F table.

How long will the show run for?
Approximately an hour and a half.

? Where does my child meet their teacher on arrival?
Students will need to meet their teachers in classrooms between 6.15 pm - 6.25 pm.

?‍? Will my child sit with me or their class?
All children will sit with their class and teacher before and after their performance. All children will need to have eaten before the concert as there will not be time for them to eat during the show. If children bring a water bottle with them, these will be left in the classroom.

? Once my child's class has finished performing can I take them home?
No, students will need to stay for the remainder of their concert and be checked off by their teacher at the end of the event. Preschool to Year 3 will return to their classrooms to be dismissed. Year 4 - Year 6 teachers will dismiss their students from the yard.

Please ensure that your child has been ticked off before leaving.

? Will families be receiving a program?
A flyer with the schedule of the night will be available on the night.

? Will families be able to photograph their children?
Parents are asked to not post photos with other children on social media and are to try to avoid having other children in their photos.

? ? Basketball Champions! ? ?

Congratulations to the Division 6/7 Yellow Team School Champions!

Advent has begun

This week, we began the Liturgical Season of Advent. During these weeks we turn our thoughts to the coming of Jesus, who is the saviour of the world. Jesus is the Son of God, present among the people God loves. That is good news.

During Advent we think about the many ways God comes to be with us. We try to make ourselves more ready to receive God in our day-to-day lives.

? Did someone say Christmas Card Competition? ??

How to Enter

Children can pick up an entry form from the Front Office.

Classroom Teachers have also been giving children an opportunity to create a design in class.
