A week of remembering. A short school week with Monday as a Public Holiday to remember the life and times of the Founding Father of PNG, and first Prime Minister, the late Great Grand Chief Rt. Hon. Sir Michael T. Somare.
We also received the National Ranking Report. This ranks the 204 Schools who had students sit the 2021 Year 12 National Examinations. OLSH was ranked 9th Nationally. See excerpts below; The top 20 Schools Nationally and New Ireland Schools. Some very pleasing results and as reported earlier this year a credit to the students, teachers and parents involved. The full report is available on the following site : https://edu.pngfacts.com/png-examination-reports/the-national-ranking-of-schools-in-png-based-on-mri
