Swimming Lessons:  Every Thursday morning from 9-11am starting on the 10th of October until the 28th of November. Transport by bus to and from the Gatton Uni pool for students and staff.

Final Prep Open Morning: Tuesday 19th November, 9.00am to 11am in the school Library (parents) and Prep/ Year 1/2 classroom (pre-Preppies)  

Year 6 Graduation: Friday 6th December starting at 3:30pm on the deck.

End of Year Concert and Presentation Night: Thursday 12th December at the Blenheim Hall.

Library: Every Thursday, middle session.

Semester 2 Reports: Thursday 12th December (will be sent home with students) 

End of Term 4: 3pm Friday 13th December 

Term 1 2025 commences: Tuesday 28th January 2025 

Our end of year celebration will take place on Thursday, December 12th at the Blenheim Hall. Students are busy practicing for the concert. There will be light refreshments and drinks available. The P & C Christmas Raffle will also be drawn at this time. 

We remind families as the weather becomes hotter to please send their children to school each day with a filled water bottle. This allows students to access water throughout the day with minimal interruptions to their learning. 

Our prep open days have proven to be a great success. There is one more day for the pre-preps to come and enjoy a taste of school life. We are also currently busy planning for the 2025 school year. An important part of this process is ensuring that we have a good indication of our 2025 prospective enrolments. Thank you to those families who have returned completed enrolment paperwork. If you know of someone who is considering Blenheim State School for their child/ children in 2025, please ask them to contact the school without delay to obtain an enrolment pack if they do not already have one.  

Please ensure that any part or full day student absence is communicated to the school's Administration office with legitimate reason, either via phone call, email or our Skoolbag app no later than 9.30am on any given school day. Please ensure that all non-urgent appointments (eg. routine dental) are scheduled outside of school hours. Even missing part of a school day can disrupt student learning and student confidence. If a reason is not provided by parent/ caregiver; the student absence will be noted as UNEXPLAINED on the roll until a reason is provided. We cannot over-emphasise the importance of consistent school attendance for students of all ages both in primary and secondary school. 

Positive Action Tickets (PATs) are continually awarded to Blenheim State School students when they display positive attributes associated with- Actions, Language, Relationships and Place. We are proud that students are leading by example and take pride not only in their work, but also in their behaviour.
