Well, here we are already in Week 3 of Term 4, in what’s been an incredibly fast start to the term.
100 Years Celebration
Currently our major focus is our 100-year celebration this Saturday 30th October and our classes and teachers are getting really excited about the day.
The organizing committee has done an incredible job to get this celebration up and running for our community and I can't thank everyone enough. Their tireless work and dedication the school is an absolute credit and certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed. We hope you can all come along this Saturday.
COVID certainly has thrown up its challenges this year but there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. Parents and caregivers are now allowed back on site back on site as long as you follow social distancing measures.
This is exciting for us as we have really missed having our parents and volunteers around our school. With the easing of restrictions, we have decided to return to our traditional celebration night at 6pm on Friday December 3. We will need to adhere to Covid directions which we will inform you all about as the date gets closer but our learners are so excited to be able to perform again.
OSHC
Please inform staff early if you need to cancel. We have to roster staff according to the number of children booked in. As is written in the OSHC handbook, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Squid Game
Some of you may be aware of the Netflix series Squid Games.
