It is with great pleasure, I welcome families back to St Timothy's in 2022. We are also excited to welcome all our new families. If you see a new face please introduce yourself. Hopefully we can get together as a community this term with a School Picnic at our School Sports in Term 1. I am sure we were all hoping that COVID-19 was behind us. Unfortunately we are still being impacted by restrictions but we can work together to keep our wonderful community safe.
On Saturday at 6pm at the Parish Mass, Fr Gerard and parishioners will welcome in the 2022 School Year with our Year 6 children and families. Unfortunately due to restrictions we will not have a whole school mass this year. The Year 6 children will be presented with their Leadership badges.

It is with great excitement that our Year 456 head to camp next week on Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Despite the challenging time we have been able to make camp a safe option. The camp staff are fully vaccinated and follow the Department of Education guidelines.
Stringybark is an adventure camp with all activities outside. We will be the only school on site.
The venue has a large verandah where will be eating our meals (weather permitting) and a large common space where we can safely gather. The camp can accommodate 80 people so we will have plenty of room to spread out.
We are able to adjust sleeping arrangements. Rooms that would normally sleep 12 will be reduced to 3 or 4 children.
All spaces are well ventilated with the ability to open windows and doors for excellent fresh air movement.
All children and staff are accommodated under one roof with good window and door security.
We are sure the children will have a wonderful few days in a COVID safe environment.
On Monday each child was given a RAPID ANTIGEN TEST.
We ask that all children and staff complte the test twice a week.
This request is in effort to keep children at school.
