We tell the truth and act truthfully.

On Sunday, we begin the season of Advent in the Catholic Church. Advent is a season of joyful waiting and preparation for the arrival of Jesus. We began this waiting today with the first of our Advent Liturgies in the Hall which was led by our Year Six class. The next three liturgies will be as follows:
Monday, 29 November: Led by Year 4/5
Friday, 3 December: Led by Year 3
Monday, 6 December: Led by Year 2
All are welcome to join as we pray and prepare for the coming of our Lord.
The excitement is building for the School Concert on Wednesday evening. The students have been busily preparing, their performances, dances and costumes – I have enjoyed watching from the rehearsals taking place and can’t wait to see the final product on stage! I look forward to seeing you all at the Concert!
The P&F have partnered with Subway to bring you a meal option, delivered to Cummins Theatre between the two concerts.
Follow the link below to order by Sunday evening and your meals will be prepared for you and in the Tivoli Room to collect immediately following the first concert. Orders can be customised and will arrive individually named.

The Kindy and Pre-primary classes went to Cummins Theatre on Thursday to see Grug! All the children throughly enjoyed the performance and thought that Grug was 'very funny' as you can read from the excerpts below:
Sage - I liked everything! Going on the bus and watching Grug. It was funny.
Hayley - I liked when Grug was playing Soccer.
Kyle - I enjoyed when he had his birthday. It was so funny!
Annabel - I liked when Grug fell in the water. That was very funny!
Tessa - It was funny when nothing was in the boxes (parcels) for Grug.
Thank you to those families that were able to attend the ACM on Monday evening and to those who were nominated for positions on the School Advisory Council and P and F. Congratulations go to Tessa Crook, Roxanne Webb and Estelle Madaffari who were all nominated on the School Advisory Council for next year.
Unfortunately, we were not able to form a P and F executive due to a lack of nominations. This is disappointing for our school as the P and F does such a wonderful job of raising funds and friends for our community. I have attached outgoing P and F president, Daina Sutherland’s report from last night for you to read – I draw your attention to the beginning and end of the report which gives a very personal perspective on why people should consider nominating for a role on the P and F. Please do not hesitate to contact either Daina or myself if you are interested in nominating for the P and F for 2022.
